Printer Update #3

Ok I know everyone has been waiting for way to long to get there printers so I wanted to let everyone know all the missing and replacement parts are now in our hands so we just unboxed the first one and started working on them and should have them all out in the mail by the first of next week ... sorry for all the issues and delays but sometimes dealing with a company in China is a pain lol
We are changing the firmware to the latest version that is stable because a new version has been released sense the Kickstarter started so we want to be sure you all get the latest version :)
Here are some photos of one of the work tables with the printers and parts so you know we got the stuff lol j/k
We will post another update by the end of this week and let you all know where we stand, again we are deeply sorry for the delays, we know you all can't wait to start printing on your new printers and we want you to also :)

Filament and Printer Updates

The last of the filament orders ship tomorrow finally, as for the printers we have run into a few issues :(
First the printers arrived and we had several parts on the printers not up to standards and have been working with the manufacturer to get the correct parts sent to us and they finally arrived yesterday. The other issue was they sent us printers with outdated controllers this was corrected as well and arrived with the other parts! So we will be working thru the weekend to do our best to get the printers out by the first of the week. We are deeply sorry for the delays but was wanted to fix the issues so you all didn't have to deal with it....that was one of the main points of the kickstarter lol

UPDATE On Printers and Filament

Got word today that the ship finally docked in New York and the order cleared customs at the port and is now being processed to ship to the final destination in Norfolk Virginia! Paperwork says that we will be able to pickup the order on 06/26/2019 but we all know how that goes lol But we are hopeful that it will be released with no issues and we can get started on the upgrades and get these printers out to all the customers!!!
Also the filament is on this ship as well ... so that will be processed and sent out as soon as we get it into our facility :)

PRINTER UPDATE!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that we got word today that the ship will dock on June 5th and we should have access to our shipment around June 12th, if all goes as planned we will be there on the 12th to pickup the shipment and bring it to the shop and we will get started on the testing and upgrades :)
Also the Filament shipped on 05/20/2019 as scheduled and we are waiting on an update as to when the ship will dock :)
